Terms of Use

1. Key Definitions

• “Platform” — the agentCamp website, MCP server, skills, and all related services we provide.
• “Skill” — a capability module your agent can run through the Platform (e.g. text processing by a language model, or video clip generation).
• “Action” — a concrete operation a Skill performs (e.g. downloading, rendering, or uploading a file).
• “Agent” — your AI client software (Claude or any other MCP client) that connects to the Platform using your access token.
• “Quota” / “Credit” — a prepaid virtual unit of value deducted each time a Skill runs.
• “Operator” — the agentCamp party that manages accounts, quota, and the Skill catalog.

2. Service and Eligibility

You must be legally capable of binding yourself to these Terms. You are fully responsible for keeping your access token confidential and for all activity carried out through it.

Access to the Platform is granted via registration (waitlist) and Operator approval. Once approved, you receive an access token to connect your Agent to our MCP server.

agentCamp may add, change, limit, or discontinue features, Skills, or service availability at any time. During the beta period, features may change substantially or be discontinued without notice.

3. Nature of the Agent and Action Execution

The Platform executes the instructions your Agent sends. You are fully responsible for every Action you or your Agent runs and for all of its consequences. We do not review, approve, or guarantee the result of an Action before it runs.

4. Your Content and Responsibilities

You retain ownership of the content you submit (prompts, text, links/URLs, configuration, third-party credentials). By using the Platform, you warrant that:

• you hold all rights necessary for the content and materials you submit;
• your use complies with applicable law and the terms of any related third-party services;
• you do not infringe the copyright or rights of others in the materials you process.

For video/media processing (e.g. clip-make): when you submit a link or video file for processing, you warrant that you are entitled to use, download, and process that source. agentCamp only provides the tool; copyright responsibility for the source material rests entirely with you.

5. Prohibited Use (Kominfo PSE Compliance)

You are strictly prohibited from using the Platform for content or activity that:

• violates public decency (pornography);
• contains online gambling;
• contains hate speech, incitement against ethnicity/religion/race, fraud, or other content unlawful under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia;
• infringes the intellectual property rights of others;
• abuses the system (unauthorized access, malware, attempts to disrupt the service).

agentCamp may remove content (takedown) and suspend or terminate any violating account without prior notice, in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Communication and Informatics (Kominfo).

6. Quota, Credits, and Payment

During the beta period, the Platform is provided free of charge. Quota is topped up manually by the Operator; there is no payment transaction from you.

• Each Skill run deducts an amount of Quota from your balance.
• Quota is a prepaid digital asset consumed instantly. If we later introduce Quota purchases, purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
• Automatic refund: if an Action fails to produce output (e.g. 0 clips rendered), the Quota deducted for that Action is returned to your balance.

If a paid scheme is introduced, the pricing, billing, and payment partner (a Bank Indonesia-licensed Payment Gateway) will be detailed and notified in advance.

7. Third-Party Services

The Platform relies on and may connect with third-party services (including Anthropic, Google Cloud/Vertex AI, OpenRouter, Google/YouTube, and infrastructure providers). Those services are outside our control. We are not responsible for their availability, security, accuracy, or terms. Your use of third-party services is subject to each third party's own agreement.

8. AI Output Provided “As Is”

Output generated by AI models (e.g. captions, titles, recommendations, summaries) is provided “as is”. We do not warrant its accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

AI output is not professional advice — it is not financial, legal, medical, or tax advice. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying output before relying on it.

9. Intellectual Property

agentCamp and its licensors own all rights to the Platform, except your own content and third-party materials. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Platform for your personal or internal business purposes.

You grant us the right to use the feedback you provide to improve the service, without any obligation to compensate you.

10. Beta Features

The Platform is currently in beta. Features may be incomplete, change significantly, lack full support, or be discontinued at any time without notice.

11. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately in the event of a breach of these Terms, a legal/security risk, or operational reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ends. Provisions on liability, intellectual property, disclaimers, and governing law survive termination.

12. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, agentCamp is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including loss of data, profits, or business interruption — arising from use of the Platform. As the Platform is currently provided free of charge, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant service in the preceding 12 months (which during the beta period means nil), unless otherwise required by applicable law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Revisions apply prospectively by updating the “Last updated” date. You are deemed to accept the updated Terms by continuing to use the Platform.
