Privacy Policy

1. Data We Collect

• Registration data (waitlist): the contact you provide (e.g. email/account) and a description of your intended use case.
• Account & access data: the access token that connects your Agent to the Platform.
• Usage data: a record of each Skill run (Skill type, time, quota cost, status), and your quota balance and history.
• Action input data: the input you send for processing (e.g. video link/URL, processing parameters) and result artifacts (e.g. clip files).
• Third-party credentials (optional): if you enable a feature that requires it (e.g. uploading to YouTube), the OAuth token/access grant you provide to run Actions on your behalf.
• Technical data: IP address, request information, and activity logs for security and system monitoring.
• Analytics data: your country of origin (derived from your IP and stored only as a country code — not the IP itself), and referral source (e.g. campaign/UTM parameters) to understand where visitors come from and improve the service. We do not store raw IP addresses for analytics.

2. How We Use Your Data

We process your data to:

• provide and operate the Platform and authenticate your access;
• run the Skills and Actions you request, including third-party integrations you direct;
• calculate and manage quota usage;
• monitor performance, maintain security, and prevent abuse;
• analyze where visits come from and their source (aggregate analytics) to improve the service;
• communicate with you about the service;
• comply with legal obligations.

3. Basis for Processing

We process your personal data based on: performance of the service you request (contract), our legitimate interests in operations and security, legal obligations, and/or your consent — in accordance with UU PDP.

4. Sharing With Third Parties (Subprocessors)

We do not sell your personal data. The providers below are established, world-class companies bound by data protection agreements, and each receives only the minimum data needed to run the service:

• Anthropic — core AI model (processing Skill prompts): Skill input & output.
• Google Cloud / Vertex AI — AI model (Gemini, processing some Skills: carousel, deck, job-extract, clip, distill): input & output of those Skills.
• OpenRouter — fallback AI model: Skill input & output.
• Contabo — server infrastructure (VPS): all service data.
• Google Cloud (GCP) — on-demand GPU video rendering: the video and generated clips.
• Cloudflare — edge/security for the public website, and speech-to-text transcription (Workers AI): audio extracted from the video links you submit.
• Google / YouTube — (optional) uploading results if you enable it: your artifacts & OAuth token.

We may also disclose data where required by law or by an official request from law enforcement in Indonesia, and in the event of a merger or business transfer.

5. Cookies

The agentCamp public website uses cookies only as necessary for basic function and security. We do not use personal data for behavioral advertising.

6. Data Storage and Security

We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards — including access controls and encrypted transport — to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain data for as long as necessary to operate the service, resolve disputes, enforce our terms, and meet legal obligations. Backups and logs may persist temporarily after deletion.

7. Your Rights (UU PDP)

Under UU PDP, you have the right to:

• request access to a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
• request correction of inaccurate or incorrect data;
• request deletion of your account data (right to be forgotten), noting that certain data may be retained for legal or audit purposes;
• withdraw consent or object to certain processing.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The latest version applies prospectively from the date it is updated. By continuing to use the Platform, you are deemed to accept the updated Policy.
